1. What year and city was band founded?

“We were founded in Wylie tx 2012. Zach joined on drums in 2016, and Charles joined on vocals in 2023.”

2. What kind of message do you guys want to get out with your music?

“Spread the dread!”

3. Who are some of DREADLAND’s musical influences?

“METALLICA, BLACK SABBATH, MESHUGGAH, ANIMALS AS LEADERS, PRIMIS, PANTERA, EVILE, TESSERACT, and CANNIBAL CORPSE. Lots of Progressive, Speed, Thrash, and Black metal, also pop Punk. Each member has a vast appreciation of different kinds of music that creates the amalgamation that is DREADLAND.”

4. What bands have been a favorite to share a stage with?

“Our boys in CHIRONEX are an absolute blast to play with!! Also loved playing with SUFFER THE HUMAN CONDITION! Also THYROIDS kick ass!”

5. Where can we find DREADLAND and your music off stage?

“All platforms except Bandcamp but we are working on that.”

6. Is DREADLAND preparing us for any upcoming releases or more show dates?

“We have a single coming out closer to December that I can't wait for everyone to hear! As for shows, we’re taking all offers! Also planning to release a new album in the next four months.”

7. How has the road been with Coven Underground as of recent?

“I have never had a bad experience with coven underground! Brim is the absolute shit! He makes sure we're all taken care of and comfortable! Couldn't ask for something better!”

8. How do you all feel about playing the Haltom Theater?

“Haltom Theater will always hold a special place in my heart! It's one of the best venues we've played and Chaz the owner is the best! One of the very few people who actually care about our local scene and is a huge supporter of local artists!”
