Lyrics
4. Where are you going
I won't be use
you won't be used my son
I won't be manipulated
It's not manipulation
I won't let you get your way
just believe in me
let me tell you one thing
stand up for yourself
Go stand up for yourself
You, need, to
Go stand up for yourself
You, need, to
Go stand up for yourself
You, need That's right
come on now
give me all your money now
come on keep it running out
keeping out your wallets out
Tell me how
You can take our money now
I don't care throw me out
Something I cannot allow
We are the same, no
We are not the same, let's go
Right now you my get your way
Reckless of what you say
Right now you my get your way
Everybody has their day
Your time is running out
With your live you'll pay
come on now
give me all your money now
come on keep it running out
keeping out your wallets out
Tell me how
You can take our money now
I don't care throw me out

5 La oportunidad
No Lo puedo negar
tus sentimientos han cambiado mi forma de pensar
tratarte de olvidar
es un pecado y creeme he tratado pero no he llegado a ningun lugar
No puedo olvidar
los besos que me has dado
todo en mi corazon
Guardado se a quedado
Por eso es que me llaman
loco enamorado
por que a ti me he entregado
por que a ti me he entregado
Hasta la muerte voy a quererte
Hasta la muerte te voy amar
No no voy a dejar
La oportunidad
De besar tu cuerpo
Yo se que no dejaras
La oportunidad
De hacerlo de nuevo
No dejo de pensar
en ti todo momento
eres mi odsecion amor todos mis sentimientos
Nostalgias de un pasado
Cubierto con silencio
Recuerdo de alegrías
Manchadas con dinero
Hasta la muerte voy a quererte
Hasta la muerte te voy amar
No no voy a dejar
La oportunidad
De besar tu cuerpo
Yo se que no dejaras
La oportunidad
De hacerlo de nuevo
Lyrics
1 Denied
Let's
Go.....
I will die but you will die with me
Oh!...
Yeah!
Everyday I'm waiting for the day
When I will claim your soul
There is nothing you can tell me
That will make me change my will
You can't run away from me
You can't run away from me
(Chorus)
Right before your eyes you could see the flashes of all your life
Right before your eyes you can beg for mercy, but it will be "Denied"
It's time to pay for my violation and everyone you did the same
There's no forgiveness I will see you in hell
You can't run away from me
You can't run away from me
(Chorus)
Right before your eyes you could see the flashes, of all your life
Right before your eyes you will could beg for mercy but it will be "Denied"
There is no place where you can hide
There is no place where you can hide
There is no place where you can hide
There is no place where you can, you can hide
There is no place where you can hide, hide, hide
There is no place where you can hide
(Guitar Solo)
Oh!
I can't die, die, die I can't die.

3.The way I am
This is the way I am
until the day I die
this is the way I am
till I die
Don't try to understand me
their is nothing to understand
why do I get so high
again again and again
give me a break
give me a break
before I explode
like a bomb
and fuck you up
why is so bad but feels so good
the more I smoke
the more I see the truth
maybe this doesn't work for you
but I can assure you it works for me
This is the way I am
until the day I die
this is the way I am
till I die
I want to get fuck up
I want to get so high
can't get up of the floor
I want to live my life
I want to live my life.
Interview
For many Cubans, Miami is known as Cuba of the north, and in terms of rock or metal, it is not clear to us if it would be a prone place for the development and promotion of these genres. “… Not at all. Miami is not a place prone to rock or metal music we suggest all bands expand and look for markets beyond their city of origin where they will surely have a much better audience and more possibilities... "
For there to be a good promotion or the local scene to be noticed, there must be communication between the bands and the public that attends the live shows and buys the material. That mentality of supporting local groups keeps the scene alive, but let's see how it plays out in the Sunshine State. “…In the last decade, that support for rock music has been lost, although some spaces promote this genre, the festivals that were organized sponsored by the great rock stations have disappeared…”
It's a fact that very few of the big tours come to or pass through Miami could a set back with the intentions of creating a stronger or a bigger scene. “… I think that the more possibilities the musicians have to see concerts of recognized bands, the more inspiration will sprout in them, because today we have many means of seeing and following bands without leaving the house, even so, it hurts that we cannot see a large number of bands because it is not profitable for them to handle so much for a show, Florida is a very long state and Miami is at the end...”
Javier Llera is a musician who has already been participating in some musical projects from the island of Cuba. So, when you arrived in Miami, the concept of SEVENSINS was something that you had in your head from Cuba or when you arrived in Miami you wanted to give it a more Cuban touch to insert yourself faster in the Anglo market. “… Not really, not at all, the final version of SEVENSINS was the result of many lineup changes and adaptations that we had to face during the years of trying to make music in Miami. That is not an easy task and we are already going for 9 years, with one hand I have plenty to count the bands that spend 5 years in Miami. De Cuba influenced me bands, Agonizer, Escape, Zeus, Chlover among others from my time, I think that no matter where a band would have been, it was called SEVENSINS or not the music would have been the same, when there is the desire to do metal it is done like However, many Cuban groups are living proof that this is the case...”
8 years have passed since the creation of the band and I know that they are well received locally. Many Cuban rockers and metalheads have immigrated to Miami and from the new home, they continue to provide that support to national bands, Cuban but with a new nationality, haha. However, that big leap to a larger audience, to signing with a major label, for SEVENSINS has yet to be realized. “… There could be many reasons and all of them be valid, one of the ones that hit us the most is money, I know the case of several bands with which we didn't even need to play a concert, or even have a full group, as long as you have money to hire a producer If you have contacts, you have a great chance of getting a contract, but we don't have those thousands of dollars...”
For two years I have known of the existence of a Cuban Metal Fest that takes place in Florida. Tell me more about this event and the scene in Miami. “… So far the two shows have been held in Tampa organized by a Cuban-American rapper named Lil Sithlord, I think it is a show of appreciation and love for our roots and that I hope more Cuban and non-Cuban bands participate every year, the one is already being programmed for 2021. The Miami scene is huge, more than 100 bands, only the kryptonite fest brings together more than 40 bands in each of its editions, the truth is that Cuban bands or Cubans are not going to have a great impact on the scene, although we do get noticed, what we need most in me is places to play... "
If you were in Cuba, a metal band with tumbadoras, they would have told them that they were pleasing certain cultural sectors to access recording studios, become Cuban, and better commercialize themselves within Cuban institutions, change some of this by putting Seven Sins within the North American context? Will Afro-Cuban percussion continue to be an element to keep in future Seven Sins compositions? “…For some time now, our percussionist decided to retire and we also decided not to look for a replacement, although we did not close the door so that at some point it could be resumed, at the moment there is no percussion. The future at the moment is uncertain for all given the COVID 19 but we continue composing and rehearsing. They are different scenarios, here when we include tumbadoras we do not seek to please any sector, but resolved that the most American sector, those born in the USA, outside of Miami loved the sound for them the mix of rock with tumbadoras is something completely new. Regarding recording studios, we have been lucky enough to not have to pay anything because I record, mix, and master all our music…”
Thank you very much for supporting us in this new beginning. Now I leave you the space for Last words for the Miami scene, those that are still pending in Cuba and for readers. “… It is a pleasure and a privilege for me to be able to bring information about my band and what we are doing to all the rockers who like me follow the Scriptorium, finally after many years dreaming of being part of this publication that played an important role in the Formation of my opinion and knowledge about Cuban rock I have international. Greetings to all Javier Llera (Jay)...”
